How it works.

  1. Buy the £10 plan.
    Once you’ve signed up, you’ll get a confirmation email with a short questionnaire.

  2. Tell me what you’re aiming for.
    Whether it’s a race goal, a time you’re chasing, or just a desire to feel better and eat smarter, I want to hear it.

  3. I’ll build your plan.
    Based on your responses, I’ll create a personalised training and/or nutrition plan and send it to you within 3 working days.

  4. You’re not on your own.
    For the next 4 weeks, I’ll be checking in weekly and available to answer any questions, tweak your plan, or just keep you motivated.

 

This is about building something that works for you - not a one-size-fits-all download, but a real partnership from day one.
