About
Why PaceHer Exists
PaceHer was created because I couldn’t find what I needed. No app seemed to do it all and 1:1 coaches often came with a hefty price tag. Endurance sports are my passion, not my paycheck, and I knew there had to be a better way. Running your first half marathon or completing a triathlon shouldn’t cost the earth or be a minefield of conflicting advice. Everyone deserves access to smart, supportive, female-focused training.
PaceHer is built on a simple mission: to help women feel stronger, more confident, and in control of their fitness journey in endurance fields.

PaceHer is the start of something exciting. Right now, it’s a small, personalised coaching service but soon, it will grow into a full-scale app offering integrated training, nutrition, and recovery support tailored to women.

About Me
I’m Kirsty, a qualified L3 Personal Trainer with nutrition. I have recently become OBSESSED with endurance events taking on my first half marathon, cycling event and Ironman 70.3 in 2024 and since then it’s been all go! I’ve taken on marathons, triathlons, and I’m gearing up for my first HYROX in December and full Ironman soon (wish me luck!). Fitness has always been a huge part of my life, but so has real life: juggling training with work, navigating energy dips, and making meals that actually taste good (and fill you up). For me, it’s all about balance and no goal is too big or too small. That doesn’t mean you have to train like a full-time athlete or give up everything you enjoy. You can still have nights out and takeaways, and chase big goals. You just need the right plan and the right support to get there. That’s what I always felt was missing when I was training for my own challenges, and it’s exactly what I want to provide now.
